Shipping
We ship vinyl records and merchandise worldwide with care and attention to detail. All items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Our shipping partners include Royal Mail (UK), USPS (USA), and other trusted carriers for international deliveries. We use protective packaging specifically designed for vinyl records.
Delivery Times
Important: All delivery times are from the end of the preSale end date + the Vinyl Pressing Lead time (up to 8 weeks) - not from the order purchase date. So you may have to wait a total 10 weeks for your Collectible vinyl Edition to arrive.
UK Delivery
- • Standard: 3-5 business days - from Release date
All vinyl is posted under a signed for Delivery - you must sign for all collections.
International Delivery
- • Europe: 5-10 business days
- • USA/Canada: 7-14 business days
- • Rest of World: 10-21 business days
All vinyl is posted under a signed for Delivery - you must sign for all collections.
If you receiving postage from outside UK please be aware some Customs WILL CHARGE A DUTY FEE.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs processing. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships.
Refunds & Returns
Refund Policy
Where a refund is due we will process it upon qualifying criteria - see FAQ. Refunds may take up to 10 days form refund date to show in your bank.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number
- We'll provide a return authorization
- Package the item securely and send it back
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Important: Custom vinyl pressings and limited edition items may have different return policies. Please check the product page for specific terms.
